To help develop the skills you need in your company we:
- Establish clearly defined training goals and objectives.
- Conduct a thorough needs analysis.
- Perform a pre-assessment.
- Identify modular training components that satisfy specific training objectives.
- Determine learning approach.
- "Just-in-time" approach is a targeted learning and application session lasting ½ day or full day
- "Interval" approach is two or three day-sessions with on the job application and follow-up days scheduled between each session
- "Intensive" approach is a three day consecutive session.
- Conduct Formal Learning:
- Workshop - the skills based program content is highly interactive and incorporates a variety of case analyses, skill application exercises (using actual work processes) and personal action planning.
