    Training Blue Print
    Ensuring that your people build the capabilities to improve organizational performance will require a comprehensive approach and commitment to long term training results.

    To help develop the skills you need in your company we:

    • Establish clearly defined training goals and objectives.
    • Conduct a thorough needs analysis.
    • Perform a pre-assessment.
    • Identify modular training components that satisfy specific training objectives.
    • Determine learning approach.
      • "Just-in-time" approach is a targeted learning and application session lasting ½ day or full day
      • "Interval" approach is two or three day-sessions with on the job application and follow-up days scheduled between each session
      • "Intensive" approach is a three day consecutive session.
    • Conduct Formal Learning:
      • Workshop - the skills based program content is highly interactive and incorporates a variety of case analyses, skill application exercises (using actual work processes) and personal action planning.
      • Guided reading - the participants would develop knowledge and skills through assigned reading materials.
      • Project assignment - participants will be assigned responsibility for certain projects that will develop specific skills.
      • One on one coaching and feedback to provide reinforcement and monitor progress.
